Document imaging helps departments manage documents and workflows in a secure electronic environment.

Document imaging helps departments manage documents and workflows in a secure electronic environment. Forms or documents may be input by scanning, faxing, or importing from Word, Excel, and PDF, as well as other formats.

Documents may be virtually printed directly into the system, or data captured directly from mainframe screens or web based applications.

Access to uploaded documents can be securely restricted according to the user’s department and sub-department.

The Document Imaging system supports the University’s goals of modernizing business processes, reducing document storage space requirements, and reducing paper processing and production costs.
